• Refunds are only available if services have not yet started

• Once any work, onboarding, access, or delivery has begun, no refunds are issued

• This includes strategy work, account setup, advertising launch, website builds, or consulting sessions

Klarna Purchases – Right to Withdraw (Services)

If you paid using Klarna, you are entitled to a 14-day right to withdraw from the date of purchase provided that the service has not yet started.

Klarna-Specific Terms:

• The right to withdraw applies only if no service delivery, onboarding, access, or work has begun

• Once any service has started, the right to withdraw is forfeited

• No credits, exchanges, or rebooking fees apply to Klarna purchases

• Eligible Klarna refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that service delivery may begin immediately upon onboarding and that this waives your right to withdraw once services start.
